Stuart Scott
A highly experienced and motivated Logistics/Supply Chain and IT professional who has managed consumer goods environments through significant growth and decline phases. He has over 25 years experience in establishing and designing warehouse operations and setting up workflows, as well as significant experience in establishing 3rd party logistics operations and managing 3rd party logistics functions.
He has over 10 years experience in the set up and operation of sales and operational planning functions. Setting up state of the art processes which ensure that inventory is kept to a minimum, whilst maximising sales opportunities. One of the keys to this process is ensuring that all stake holders are involved in the decision making processes.
He also has considerable experience in setting up and maintaining accredited quality systems, working with ISO9002, ISO14001, TS16949 and the now defunct QS9000.
Stuart holds a Graduate Diploma in Logistics Management from Monash University, and is a qualified lead auditor for ISO9002 and ISO14001.
